Yoga Can Be Scary

Yoga School is an upcoming summer horror film in South Korea.

The story centers around five beautiful women who harbor different insecurities and seek out a mysterious yoga school that promises undying beauty. The film is directed by Yoon Jae-yeon, who directed the third Memento Mori film Wishing Stairs.

Yoga School features seven actresses, led by Eugene (Romantic Island) and Park Han-byul (Fantasy Couple), as well as Jo Eun-ji (Forever the Moment), Cha Soo-yeon (The World They Live In), Kim Hye-na (Unstoppable Wedding), Lee Young-jin (Antique Bakery), and Hwang Seung-eon.
[Synopsis & Cast Taken From Here]

Personally I hate scary movies. I can't handle them at all and shiver at the smallest thought of them. But let's be honest, 'Yoga School' does not sounds like your typical horror movie title. I originally saw a preview of said movie on Arirang. & Truthfully it shows a lot of promise with the actresses already bringing in lots of fans who will definately watch the movie.

In an interview for the movie, they made sure not to give out any spoilers whatsoever. But they do mention how typical horror movies usually have ghosts or spirits, while this movie is more focused on mystery and perhaps suspense. (It was added that many effects were added to the movie, hinting many scary features that will be added to the big screen). Also they mentioned how it was scarier about how girls/women are more concious of how they look than the movie themselves. But I'm sure most girls/women would agree on that part.

For You Losers That Don't Know

Arirang is known as Korea's International channel. It is fully covered with english, including subtitles for their variety shows including life about Korea, Music & Entertainment within Korea, popular dramas, and much more. There are also language sections where they teach their oversea viewers Korean, changing the covering language & subtitles to whoever they are trying to appeal to in that hour. (They cover English, Spanish, Chinese, etc.) With such a channel, you just can't help but fall in love with Korea.
