The Show Must Go On!

V Channel shows 我愛黑澀會 & 模范棒棒堂 continue with their 2009 summer episode with or without 黑 Girl members 小蠻 (Xiao Man) and 棒棒堂 member 小煜 (Xiao Yu).


Ex-黑 Girl member 鬼鬼 (Gui Gui) has confirmed going solo. As she will no longer appears on 我愛黑澀會 (which was orignally because she was shooting and promoting for her dramas) or follows the rest of her members to fan meetings or concerts.
Whether she will continue singing is unknown and being replaced in her anticipated drama 桃花愛無敵 (Tao Hua Ai Wu Di) along with fellow lead 炎亚纶 (Aaron Yan) isn't exactly a good follow up. They will now be replaced by 汪東城 (Jiro Wang) and 王心凌 (Cyndi Wang). & 炎亚纶 will now star in a new drama 'Love Buffet'.


小蠻 & 小煜 were caught in a scandal as they were found smoking together and also rumoured to be dating. Either way it violated their contract completely. They will not be dismissed from their groups as some people have rumoured. For now they remain hiding until the news dies down. But their absence from their variety shows really isn't too noticable with such big casts.

鬼鬼 will definately be missed by fans who admired her greatly while she was part of 黑 Girl . Being one of the most popular members among the orignal 9 8 members is it possible that many fans will lose interest in the group? 鬼鬼 will most likely not be replaced by another 美眉 ('Meimei' (another girl from 我愛黑 cast)) as they did not with previously departured member 彤彤 (Tong Tong).


As for the news with 小蠻 & 小煜 I'm quite disappointed. They've got talent, no need to resort to smoking, let alone getting caught and in trouble for it.
